Residents of Wilkinson County and Centreville are permitted to register for a library card. A photo ID with address is required. First time users of a library card are restricted to checking out two items. Once those items are returned, all privileges are available.
Parents or legal guardians are required to register for minors under age 18. Children must be five years of age to obtain a library card.
Non-residents who work, go to school, or own land in Wilkinson County or Centreville, may register for a library card free of charge. Proof of employment, proof of school registration, or ad valorem tax receipt is required.
Amite County residents with no Centreville address may register for a non-resident library card for an annual fee of $10.
If you lose your library card, report it immediately so no one can use it. There is a $2.50 charge to replace your card.
(For your convenience, you may choose from the Word Documents below, print out the appropriate application and bring it with you to the library.)
